About The Manor Nursing & Residential Care Home
At The Manor Care Home, located in Yealmpton, Plymouth, we take pride in providing the highest standards of person-centred care to all our residents, whether for short-stay Respite or long-term Nursing and Residential Care.
From supporting those who need a little assistance as they age, to caring for individuals with complex conditions such as Dementia, Parkinson’s, Stroke, or Motor Neurone Disease, and through to End of Life and Palliative Care, we support residents at every stage. Our Nursing team is always on call, 24/7, working closely with the District Nursing team, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Speech and Language Therapists (SALT).
Additionally, we are fully accredited by all relevant governing bodies, including the Care Quality Commission.
