At The Manor Nursing & Residential Care Home, we are regularly inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), who are the independent regulator of health and adult social care in England. Additionally, we have a fully documented Health and Safety policy as well as Environmental Health checks.

They collaborate with other organisations to share information and enhance the approach for care regulation. The Manor is registered with the CQC to provide Nursing & Residential Care, Rehabilitation & Respite Care, and End of Life & Palliative Care for adults over 65, adults with dementia, and adults with physical disabilities. Please feel free to take a look at our most recent CQC Inspection Report, which was published with an overall rating of ‘Good’, and an ‘Outstanding’ rating for the Caring services provided by our staff.
In our December 2017 CQC report, it was noted that “people were treated with kindness and endearing compassion by staff who truly respected and valued the people they cared for”, ensuring you will receive the highest quality of care at The Manor.
