Fully Furnished to Make Yourself at Home
The Manor currently has 19 rooms, one of which is a double shared room, with the remaining 18 rooms available for single occupancy. Five of these rooms are en-suite.
All our care home rooms are fully furnished for your comfort and include a television and a telephone point. To help residents feel truly at home, we encourage them to bring along their own furniture and personal belongings and to decorate their room with their own artwork and photos. Each room also contains a lockable safe or cabinet for safekeeping of valuables.
Free WiFi is available in most rooms; however, due to the layout of the building, WiFi may not be as easily accessible in a small number of rooms.
Our Care Home Room Prices
At The Manor, we are proud to support NHS Continuing Healthcare and NHS Funded Nursing Care. With some placements, you might be eligible for Attendance Allowance or Disability Allowance. We can assist you in exploring your benefits, entitlements and payment options. Please note: fees are due monthly, one month in advance.
Our pricing policy is reviewed every year. Guide prices from March 2025 are as follows:
Residential Occupancy
With various-sized rooms available, residential occupancy will range from £1,000 to £1,300 per week.
With Specialist Nursing Care
Residential occupancy with dedicated specialist nursing care, available 24 hours a day, will range from £1,000 to £1,300 + *Funded Nursing Care (FNC) (£254.06 from April 2025) per week.
