In situations where a loved one is approaching the end of their life, we can provide a camp bed, allowing relatives to remain close and spend precious time together.
What Organised Activities or Trips Are There?
At The Manor, we have an activities co-ordinator who arranges a variety of engaging activities within our care home.
We have “pamper” days, bingo, quizzes, darts, bowling, and sing-songs. Additionally, we have regular visits from the local church, which provides Holy Communion and songs of praise. Entertainment is also provided regularly from outsourced entertainers, such as saxophonist Neil Gibson and Zoe’s Cabaret Entertainment.
Birthdays are always celebrated, and we have a full program of live Christmas entertainment. In the summer months, we organise trips to the local Café and Shops.
